Reparatieverzoeken
Woonhave blijft voor u klaar staan, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail. Wel kan het wat langer duren voordat reparatieverzoeken worden afgehandeld. Met name niet-urgente zaken kunnen vertraging oplopen omdat onze aannemers eerst de calamiteiten zullen oplossen. Daarnaast wordt u met klem verzocht om de maatregelen van het RIVM op te volgen, alsook de instructies van de (onder)aannemer. Bent u ziek of verkouden? Laat dit dan vooraf weten.

Huurbetaling of opzeggen?
Heeft u problemen om de lopende huur te voldoen of wenst u (voortijdig) uw huurwoning te verlaten? Neem dan contact met ons op via administratie@woonhave.com. Omdat iedere situatie uniek is, bekijken we graag samen met u wat er mogelijk is.

Hygiëne rondom uw woning
Woont u in een appartementencomplex? Dan nemen wij waar mogelijk aanvullende maatregelen. Zoals het extra reinigen van lift(panelen), deurklinken etc. Daarnaast hebben wij ook uw hulp nodig. Probeer zoveel mogelijk afstand te houden van uw medebewoners, goed uw handen te wassen maar ook, als het mogelijk is, om alleen in de lift te stappen, of even te wachten.
